<data>
The machine-readable twin of content written for people.
It serves when the text is in a shape that reads well and processes badly: numbers spelled out, internal codes, product nicknames. The value attribute carries the version a computer understands.
For dates and times there is <time>, with defined formats. <data> is the general case, with no rule about the contents of value.
